Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Clipsal By Schneider Electric 5752PP/2R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Datalogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Consolidated-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Datalogic such as the RT104512 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45EN18 manufactured by Consolidated-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Consolidated-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14156ALP17 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand E57FAL18A2B1M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Datalogic such as 958101020 equipment made by Datalogic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datalogic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datalogic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LL101096 made by Csa as well as the popular S301B81 original spares produced by Datalogic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E51CLYED90 by Cutler-Hammer and 958101020 spares by Datalogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1580B6501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
